• Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?

  No. Free costs nothing, needs no card and never expires: 1 Google Business Profile, unlimited widgets and views, reviews in your page HTML with schema.org markup. The only trade-off is a small “Free widget by Revys” credit under the widget.

• How is Pro priced?

  Per Google Business Profile (location), with volume pricing: each location is billed at the rate of its tier. 1st location: $7.90/month ($79/year); 2nd to 20th: $3.90/month ($39/year); 21st and up: $2.20/month ($22/year). Yearly billing costs 10 months, so you get 2 months free. The calculator above does the math for you.

• Which currency will I pay in?

  The billing page suggests a currency based on where you are: US dollars outside Europe, euros in Europe, including the UK, Switzerland and Norway. You can switch between dollars and euros there before your first payment; after that, your account stays in that currency. Each currency has its own fixed prices, not a daily conversion: Pro starts at $7.90 or €6.90 a month for the first location.

• Do prices include sales tax or VAT?

  Prices are shown before tax. Revys is a business-to-business service sold by OZAPP SRL, a Belgian company. Tax depends on the billing country you enter, not on the currency. Outside the EU (US, UK, Canada, Australia and elsewhere), Revys adds no VAT or sales tax to your invoice; depending on where you are, you may have to account for tax on services bought from abroad yourself, so check with your accountant. Inside the EU: Belgian VAT at 21%, or reverse charge with a valid EU VAT number.

• How does the free trial work?

  When you sign up, you get Pro for 14 days, AI replies included, with no credit card. When it ends, your account moves back to Free on its own and your widgets stay live. You only pay if you choose Pro.

• Is Revys available in English?

  Yes. The app (sign-up, dashboard, account emails), Stripe Checkout and Stripe invoices are in English. The language follows your account: it's set to English when you sign up from this site, and you can change it in the account menu. Our terms of service are available in English as an informative translation; the French version prevails. Widgets can show their labels in English or French (one setting per widget), and reviews always appear in the language they were written in.

• What happens when I add or remove a location?

  An added location is billed right away, prorated to the end of the current period, at the rate of its tier. A removed location stays paid until renewal (you can add another one in its place at no extra cost), then your price goes down at the next renewal.

• How do I cancel?

  Online, in a few clicks from the Billing page of your account. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves back to Free: your widgets stay up and your data is kept.

• How does yearly renewal work?

  Yearly plans renew automatically. We email you 45 days before the renewal date, which leaves time to cancel or switch to monthly. Monthly or yearly, a period already paid isn't refunded pro rata.

• Why are there no view limits?

  Because a widget shouldn't vanish the day your site gets busy. Revys caches the rendered reviews, so a traffic spike costs us almost nothing and we don't bill you for it. Your price depends only on the number of locations.

• Are AI replies an add-on?

  No, they're included in Pro. You set the tone and length, and for each star rating you choose: alert only, draft to approve, or automatic posting. By default, 1 to 3 ★ reviews never get an automatic reply. AI can get things wrong: read the drafts, you remain responsible for what gets posted.

• Will Revys get me review stars in Google search results?

  No, and no widget can. Google doesn't show review stars for reviews a business displays about itself on its own website, including through a third-party widget. Your star rating on Google Maps comes from your Business Profile, and Revys helps you reply to every review there.
