"Find my Google reviews" means two very different things. If you run a business and want to read, sort or keep tabs on the reviews on your profile, start with the first half. If you want to pull up the reviews you wrote about other places, skip to the second half.
How do you see the reviews on your Business Profile?
There are three ways in, and they all show the same reviews.
| Where | How to get there | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search (manager view) | Sign in with the account that manages the profile, search your business name, select Read reviews | Read, reply, edit or delete your replies, report a review |
| Google Maps app | Tap the Business tab at the bottom right, then your profile | Read and reply, check notifications |
| Google Maps (public view) | Search your business and click the review count next to the rating | See exactly what customers see, sort reviews |
Sign in with the right Google Account
Use the account that owns or manages the profile. Signed in with any other account, you'll get the public view without the reply tools.
Open your profile
Search your business name on Google, and your profile shows up with management tools. In the Google Maps app, tap Business at the bottom right.
Select Read reviews
Your reviews load as a list. Select Reply next to any review to respond; Google checks replies before they go live.
Keep in mind that you need a verified profile to reply. Google also notes that reviews are only available in certain countries and regions and for certain business categories. For the full walkthrough and what to say, see how to respond to Google reviews.
How do you sort Google reviews by newest?
In Google Maps, open the listing, go to the Reviews tab and click Sort reviews. You can put the newest reviews first instead of Google's own relevance order.
One recent change to know about: since late September 2026, Google Maps asks people to sign in to a Google Account before they can read all of a listing's reviews, sort them, or leave one, according to Search Engine Roundtable. We saw it ourselves on October 19, 2026: signed out, Maps showed a prompt to sign in to explore all reviews. If sorting doesn't work, sign in first.
That sort only affects what you see on Google. If what you really want is to show your latest reviews on your own website, see our guide on how to embed Google reviews on your website.
How do you get notified about new reviews?
Google can alert you every time a review comes in. Profile notifications are set by type, and the one you want is Customer activity, which covers new reviews and photos added by customers.
Open your profile in Google Search
Signed in with the manager account, search your business name.
Select More, then Notifications
You'll see the list of notification types.
Turn on Customer activity
Google will send alerts by email, in Search or in Maps.
In the Google Maps app, notifications you've received live under the Business tab, behind the Notifications icon at the top right.
Can you export your Google reviews?
Not from the interface. Neither your Business Profile nor Google Maps has an Export button for reviews, and Google's help on managing reviews doesn't describe one. That leaves three options:
| Method | Best for | Downsides |
|---|---|---|
| Copy and paste by hand | A handful of reviews, once | Slow, error-prone, never updates |
| Official Google Business Profile API | Developers, agencies | You have to request API access from Google, write code and keep an OAuth token alive |
| A tool built on the API | Businesses and agencies without a developer | Subscription, depending on the tool |
The Google Business Profile API can list a location's reviews (reviewer, rating, text, dates, owner reply). That's the route Revys takes: you connect your profile with OAuth, reviews sync every night, and you can see them in the dashboard or pull them as JSON through the Revys Google reviews API (GET /api/v1/reviews, with an API key).
How do you keep track of reviews across several locations?
With more than one location, opening each profile one by one gets old fast. Google's Business Profile Manager lists your locations, but each profile keeps its own reviews. Review management software pulls everything into one place: every review from every location in one filterable list, an email alert for each new review, and on the Pro plan, an AI-drafted reply you approve before it's posted. To track your reputation beyond Google (social, press, AI), see our guide to online reputation management.
How do you find the Google reviews you've written?
Every review you've posted lives on your Google Maps profile. The path depends on your device:
| Device | Path |
|---|---|
| Computer | Google Maps, menu at the top left, Your contributions, then Reviews |
| Android | Google Maps app, Contribute, View your profile, then See all reviews |
| iPhone and iPad | Google Maps app, Contribute, View your profile, then See all reviews |
From that list, More next to each review lets you edit or delete it, and Share sends a link to it. If you edit a review, its date changes to the date of your edit.
One of your reviews says "Not posted"?
When Google removes or rejects a review for a policy violation, it may stay visible on your Maps profile marked "Not posted," "Private," "Not Accepted" or something similar. Google says you can then edit and repost it, or appeal the decision (once). The causes and what to do are covered in our guide to Google reviews not showing.
Never written one, or a business just asked you to? Here's how to leave a Google review on a computer, Android or iPhone.
